Trained in organic farming and sustainable cooking, he excels in developing recipes that highlight local, organic produce—such as tropical fruits, herbs & grains—while ensuring nutritional balance.
His travels across Indonesia, from urban hubs like Jakarta and Bali to rural areas in Sumatra & Sulawesi, allow him to mentor diverse groups, adapting his knowledge to regional ingredients.
As a certified consultant, he also specializes in designing healthy kitchen layouts, incorporating ergonomic designs, natural ventilation & eco-friendly materials to promote safe, productive cooking environments.
